Nobody likes being the butt of a big joke at a party but it is part of being friends. Getting pantsed at a pool party by one friend and then having another one yell out, “Woah, look at his little dick.” in front of everyone might be a bit beyond normal teasing. Pouting about your public embarrassment is not a great way to shift the conversation away from your tiny penis though.  When Penny comes to find you and apologize for her “little dick” scream that made everyone laugh, you totally act like a whiny brat about the whole thing. Even when she shows you her tits as payback/ bribe to cheer up, you still want to sulk and wallow in your humiliation. Penny wanted going to give you a chance to reclaim your dignity but now she is annoyed. The punishment for being a little dick boy with a bad attitude is going to be a lot worse than a pantsing.
